1. You must be registered on Devpost and through our sign-up form to participate, submit a project, and be considered for prizes. 
2. You cannot begin work on your project before the opening ceremony of Helloo Hacks. 
3. Be courteous and respectful to everyone else in the hackathon (participants, mentors, organizers, etc).
4. Do not steal code and/or ideas from other teams or other hackathons. 
5. If you notice something suspicious or against the rules, contact an organizer. 
6. Teams may consist of up to 3 people. 
7. You may not re-use projects from other hackathons or projects that you have begun work on previous to Helloo Hacks.
8. Follow all rules and the code of conduct. Breach of these rules will result in disqualification from the hackathon.
